Boris Vujčić, the Governor of the Croatian National Bank, gave an introductory speech and a presentation on "The Labour Force of the Future in the Republic of Croatia: Older, More Diverse, More Technically Minded,” at the “Challenge of Change” conference, organised in Rovinj by the Zagreb Stock Exchange and the Association of Pension Fund Management Companies and Pension Insurance Companies. Ivana Gažić, President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and Ante Žigman, President of the Management Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, also addressed the audience.
