Representatives of EBRD Board of Directors visit the CNB

The representatives of the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development paid a visit to the Croatian National Bank today where they met with Deputy Governor Dr. Boris Vujčić, and other high officials of Croatia's central bank. This visit was a part of an official visit by the Board members to the Republic of Croatia, undertaken by the representatives of EBRD Board of Directors every three to four years as a part of the regular activities of the EBRD Board of Directors.
Deputy Governor Vujčić informed the esteemed guests about the macroeconomic situation in the country, measures of monetary policy, and the situation in the Croatian banking sector.
The members of the Board were particularly interested in Croatia's co-operation with the International Monetary Fund. Also discussed at the meeting were the future activities of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Croatia.
