On 15 July 2026, an upgraded 100 Azerbaijani manat banknote, with the theme “Economy and Development”, was put into circulation by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The banknote has advanced security features. The existing design concept has been preserved, with a vertical layout on the reverse side.
