At today’s session, the Council of the Croatian National Bank was informed about recent economic, monetary and financial developments in the euro area and Croatia and about the new macroeconomic projection for Croatia. The Council also adopted the Decision on the Financial Statements and the allocation of profit of the Croatian National Bank for 2022 and several other decisions falling within its competence.
The members of the Council granted approval to the Supervisory Board of Karlovačka banka d.d. to appoint Marino Rade as member of the bank’s Management Board and to the Supervisory Board of KentBank d.d. to appoint Damir Brkić as member of the Management Board of that bank.
