At today’s session, the CNB Council granted approval to the Supervisory Board of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. to appoint Dario Massimo Grassani as Member of the Management Board of that bank.
The Council also adopted a Decision on the issue and sale of the numismatic set of commemorative gold coins “Hum and the Višnjan Observatory”, and enacted several decisions on matters falling within its competence.
