What are the conditions for the use of payment initiation services?

A payment service user wishing to use a payment initiation service must be able to make payment transactions online, i.e. has to have one of online services agreed with the bank (Internet or mobile banking). Users of payment initiation services may be legal and natural persons.

To initiate a payment through a payment initiation service provider (PISP), a payment service user provides the PISP with the information needed to provide payment initiation services which may include personalised security credentials (e.g. password, PIN).
