The CNB Council today reviewed monetary and economic developments in the previous quarter, adopted monetary policy projection for the rest of 2006 and approved the appointments and one re-appointment of management board chairmen and members proposed by the supervisory boards of seven banks and one savings bank.
The central bank's governing body approved the appointment of Goran Gazivoda as a management board member of Banka Sonic d.d. Zagreb, Mate Mišić as a management board member of Credo banka d.d. Split, Karl Heinz Truskaller as chairman and Igor Kodžoman as a member of the management board of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. Zagreb. Siniša Žanetić was approved as a management board member of Karlovačka banka d.d. Karlovac, Damir Odak as management board chairman of OTP banka Hrvatska d.d. Zadar, Vesna Ciganek-Vuković as a management board member of Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. Zagreb and Igor Čičak as management board chairman of Vaba banka d.d. Varaždin. Zdravko Anđel was approved as chairman and dr Herbert Weinzetl as a member of the management board of Wüstenrot stambena štedionica d.d. Zagreb.
