Conceptual design of the commemorative 2-euro coin "City of Pula – Arena"
The main motif of the conceptual design of the national side of the commemorative 2-euro coin that is issued as part of the "Croatian cities" series represents the Pula Arena, a prominent monument of ancient construction in the city of Pula, of rich historical and cultural relevance for the Republic of Croatia and the world. The representation of the Pula Arena was one of the main motifs on the reverse side of the 10-kuna banknote. The author is the sculptor Duje Botteri.
