The Croatian National Bank conducted today the second structural operation this year. A total of HRK 470m was auctioned for a five-year term, at the interest rate of 0.25%.
The CNB conducts structural operations with the aim of ensuring a long-term kuna liquidity, enabling the credit institutions to meet the demand of all the sectors for kuna loans with a longer maturity.
Within the scope of the first structural operation conducted on 16 March this year, the CNB placed HRK 3.8bn for a term of five years, at the interest rate of 0.25%.
