From 28 July 2025, the cash desk of the Croatian National Bank will return to the following address: Nikole Jurišića 17, Zagreb. The opening hours of the money exchange counter will be from 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Following the notification of 6 May 2025, the works on the rehabilitation of the CNB's building on the above-mentioned address have been completed and thus the cash desk is to return to its previous address.
Please note that kuna cash can be exchanged in person at the Croatian National Bank. In addition, cash can be delivered for exchange via a postal service for amounts below HRK 15,000.00, at senders’ own risk. In order to avoid any inconvenience for the sender and the Croatian National Bank, it is recommended that deliveries from abroad be sent as insured items in an insured letter, or be submitted in person at the cash desk of the Croatian National Bank.
