"Dalmatian Dog" – additional gold and silver coins

The Croatian National Bank has released additional issues of commemorative gold and silver coins "Dalmatian Dog" with the commemorative motifs of the Dalmatian dog, one of the most recognisable breeds in Croatia and the world.

Commemorative gold and silver coins are minted in brilliant uncirculated condition. The HRK 1,000 gold coin, which is limited at 101 items, and the HRK 20 silver coin, which is limited at 500 items, are issued in colour. These commemorative coins and the commemorative HRK 250 gold coin, which is limited at 2,000 items, will be released for sale on 21 February 2022.

The Decision on amendments to the Decision on the issue and sale of commemorative gold and silver coins "Dalmatian Dog" was published in the Official Gazette 139/2021.

The design of the gold and silver coins is by the sculptor Nikola Vudrag.

The issues were minted and are sold by the Croatian Mint.
