At its session today, the CNB Council granted its approval to the Supervisory Board of Addiko Bank d.d. to appoint Mario Žižek as President of the Management Board and Ivan Jandrić and Ana Dorić Škeva as Members of the Bank's Management Board. The Council also granted its approval to the Supervisory Board of J&T banka d.d. to appoint Hrvoje Draksler as President of the Management Board and Petar Rajković as Member of the Bank's Management Board. The CNB Council also adopted several decisions falling within its field of competence.
