Older 5, 10 and 20 kuna banknote issues to cease being legal tender

The 5 and 20 kuna banknotes, bearing the issue date of 31 October 1993, and the 10 kuna banknotes, with the issue date of 15 January 1995, which the CNB on 1 March 2006 began withdrawing from circulation owing to wear-out, will cease to be legal tender on 1 April 2007.
These banknotes will be exchangeable at the Croatian National Bank after this date as well, free of charge and for an unlimited period. The banknotes can be mailed or brought in person to the CNB's address below:

The 5, 10 and 20 kuna banknotes, with the issue date of 7 March 2001, and the 10 kuna banknotes, bearing the issue date of 30 May 2004, remain in circulation.
