Dr. Marko Škreb, Governor of the Croatian National Bank, and Mr. Zdravko Rogić, Deputy Governor of the Croatian National Bank, are leaving for Basel on Saturday, June 3 2000, to attend the Seventieth Annual General Meeting of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), whose membership includes the Croatian National Bank.
The program of the Annual Meeting of the BIS, the oldest international financial institution, includes the review and adoption of the Annual Report for 1999, as well as a number of informal meetings between the highest central bank officials.
